I do love Granny Weatherwax. I think I especially like Witches Abroad, for her. (And also because it has human Greebo. Because human Greebo.)
It's a lot more serious in tone than most Discworld! I really like it. I also like getting like, Vetinari backstory. Vetinari is cool. Carcer is freaky, though, and also really prone to misreading as Cancer.
